Childbirth Classes

There are no biodynamic childbirth classes currently scheduled; however, I do teach the "tools for natural labor" portion of St. John's hospital prenatal class series.

Besides group classes, I also offer private, individualized, in home childbirth classes at a rate of $20/hour.

Thursday nights 7-9pm

Week 1: nutrition and movement in pregnancy

Week 2: creating your ideal birth environment, the hormones of birth  

Week 3: pain reduction, natural and pharmaceutical                             

Week 4: the physiology of birth

Week 5: postpartum care for mom & basic baby care

$25 per class or $100 for all 5
